2. Description of Services

Sarva facilitates transactions between customers, vendors, and drivers. We connect parties but are not a party to those transactions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

• Follow applicable laws and respect others.
• Do not harass, defame, or post obscene content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
• Do not disrupt the Services or attempt unauthorized access.
• No scraping or automated access without permission.

5. Transactions and Payments

5.1 Customers

Payments are processed by third-party processors subject to their terms.

5.2 Vendors

Vendors are responsible for listings, fulfillment, fees, and taxes.

5.3 Drivers

Drivers must deliver safely and comply with applicable laws and checks.

6. Intellectual Property

Content and software are owned by Sarva. Do not reproduce or create derivatives without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sarva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Sarva against claims arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

12. SMS / Text Messaging

If you give Sarva your mobile number and check the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages about your order — such as order confirmation, reminders before a scheduled pickup or delivery window, updates when your order is ready or out for delivery, reminders about uncollected orders, and cancellation notices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your mobile number, see the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
