Our voice shopping feature supports 90+ languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Nepali, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, and many more. You can simply speak in your native language to search for products or add items to your cart.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest without creating an account. Guest checkout allows you to shop, pay, and track your order using just an order ID. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, saved addresses, and personalized recommendations.
What groceries are available?
We offer authentic South Asian groceries including: Basmati rice, atta flour, spices (garam masala, turmeric, cumin), lentils and dal, paneer and dairy, ghee, fresh produce, frozen foods (parathas, samosas), snacks, sweets, and halal products. All products come from trusted local vendors.
How do I track my order?
Visit our order tracking page at sarvabazaar.com/order-status and enter your order ID. You'll see real-time updates as your order moves from 'pending' to 'preparing' to 'ready' to 'in transit' to 'delivered'. You can also use the AI assistant to ask 'Where is my order?'
How does the AI assistant work?
Our AI assistants use GPT-5 to understand natural language. Customers can search products, track orders, and manage their basket by typing or speaking naturally. For example, say 'Add basmati rice to my cart' or 'Show me all masala spices.' The AI understands context and can handle complex requests.
How can I become a vendor?
Visit sarvabazaar.com/vendor/auth/signup to register as a vendor. After completing Stripe Connect onboarding, you can add your inventory using voice commands or manual entry. Our AI helps with product descriptions, pricing suggestions, and nutrition data extraction from labels.
What AI tools do vendors get?
Vendors get powerful AI tools including: Voice inventory management in 90+ languages, AI-generated product descriptions, smart pricing based on local market data, nutrition extraction from product label photos (GPT-5 Vision), auto-categorization, business analytics, and order management with batch operations.
How can I become a driver?
Visit sarvabazaar.com/driver/auth/signup to join as a delivery driver. You'll get access to our AI-powered platform with route optimization, earnings analytics, and voice commands for hands-free operation while driving.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on distance and are calculated at checkout. You can also add an optional tip for your driver. The exact fee is shown before you complete your order.
